Frequently Asked Questions

How much notice do I need to give for my Order?

We require a minimum of 3 weeks notice for all orders. If any order is required before this timeframe, please feel free to message us and we will see what we can do.

How much Deposit do I need to give?

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure orders of £30 and above. Any orders below £30 will require a full upfront payment. Please note: when payment details are sent, your space will be held for 24 hours after it becomes available again. No order is confirmed without a deposit. 

Where do I collect from and do you deliver?

Your cakes and bakes can be collected from SL6. Our exact address will be sent out 48 hours before collection. We will hold your order for 15 minutes, after this we will charge a late fee. We also offer a delivery service at an additional fee.

Do you cater for allergies?

We do not cater for any allergies but this is something we are working towards.

Do you offer eggless/vegan/gluten free options?

We do not offer eggless/vegan/gluten free options at the moment. However, this is something that we are working towards.

What flavours do you offer?

We offer a wide range of flavours which can be discussed when placing your order.

How do I transport my cakes?

Cakes, cupcakes and brownies must be placed in the footwell or boot of your car. This ensures a flat surface for all products. We cannot take any responsibility for any damages occurred after your product(s) have left the premises as we have already advised for suitable transportation. 

How do I store my cakes?

Cakes must be stored in a fridge and taken out an hour before serving. This allows your cakes to come to room temperature and enjoy the flavours to the fullest. Cupcakes and brownies do not need to be refrigerated but must be kept in a cool environment and an air tight box to avoid them becoming dry. 

How long do my cakes/brownies last for?

Cakes and brownies are best eaten within 48 hours. 

Can I cancel or amend my order?

If you need to cancel your order due to unfortunate circumstances, we will be able to do so. Your deposit will remain non-refundable; however, if you have provided us with a weeks notice your deposit will be converted into credit that you can use at a later date. If an order is cancelled 48 hours prior to the original date, you will be required to pay the remaining amount. Once an order has been confirmed and a deposit has been sent, amendments cannot be made.
